2. No Message Storage or Recovery

We do not store, transmit, host, or have access to any messages created through this Service. All data processing occurs entirely within your browser. If you lose the generated link or downloaded file, or forget a passphrase you have set, the message is permanently and irreversibly lost. We have absolutely no means to recover it.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

We do not guarantee that a capsule link will remain functional indefinitely. Links may become inaccessible due to, but not limited to:

  • URL length limitations imposed by browsers, email clients, messaging platforms, or URL shorteners
  • Changes to browser technology or web standards
  • The recipient's browser or device not supporting the required features
  • Link truncation by third-party services
  • Service discontinuation or website changes

4. Security Limitations

While the Service employs encryption to protect your messages, no system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the following:

  • The time-lock feature is a convenience mechanism, not a security guarantee. It is not intended to provide cryptographic time-locking.
  • Anyone with access to the full link or file may be able to access the message content.
  • If you set a passphrase, the security of the message depends on the strength of your chosen passphrase.
  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your messages that occurs after you share the link or file.
  • Technology evolves and encryption methods considered secure today may not remain secure indefinitely.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Capsule Message, its owner(s), operator(s), developer(s), and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
